When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

- RevenueCat: Used for managing in-app mobile subscriptions, purchase validation, and entitlement tracking.
- Google Analytics: Used for tracking user engagement, app usage metrics, and overall app performance.
- Google Play Billing: Used as the primary payment processor for in-app subscriptions and transactions.
- Remarketing & Advertising Services: We may use remarketing tracking (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags) to show targeted advertisements to You on third-party platforms after You visit or use our Service.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Service and processing uploaded CSV files.

- Customer Support Data — Chat transcripts: up to 24 months for quality assurance and training.
- Usage Data & Analytics — Application usage statistics: up to 24 months to understand feature adoption.
- Usage Data & Analytics — Server logs (IP addresses, access times): up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
We may retain Personal Data beyond the periods stated above due to legal obligations (e.g., tax records), legal claims, explicit user requests, or routine backup deletion schedules.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ.

Google Play Policy Compliance: Upon receiving a deletion request, We will permanently delete or anonymize Your account profile and uploaded data within 30 days, except where retention is strictly required by law.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR & UK GDPR)
If You are from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, Mikafy Ltd’s legal basis for processing Personal Data includes:
- Performance of a Contract: Necessary to fulfill our service agreement with You.
- Consent: You have given Us clear permission (e.g., opting into marketing communications or remarketing tracking).
- Legitimate Interests: Necessary for analytics, security, and product optimization.

California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA, CPRA & CalOPPA)
This section applies to California residents under the CCPA, CPRA, and CalOPPA.
- Categories Collected: Identifiers (email, IP address), Commercial Information (subscription history via RevenueCat), and Internet/Network Activity (analytics data via Google Analytics).
- Your Rights: Right to Know, Access, Delete, Correct, and Right to Opt-Out of the "Sale or Sharing" of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising (which can be exercised via device settings or by contacting Us).
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against You for exercising any of Your privacy rights.
- Do Not Track: Our Application does not currently alter its behavior in response to web browser DNT signals, though device-level tracking permissions can be managed on Your device.
